The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents

his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the

Colonies, London, and with reference to the Governor's

despatch No.511 of the 3rd of October, 1930, is directed

to request that the accompanying copies of the memorandum

by the Colonial Treasurer on revenue may be substituted

for those copies forwarded as enclosure No.3 to the

above mentioned despatch.
